Davidson Early College High School (DECHS) began as a middle college working with
juniors and seniors during the 2004-2005 school year. In the 2006-2007 school year,
the first group of early college freshmen were accepted to begin their four-year early
college experience, with the opportunity to earn both a high school diploma and a fully
transferrable two-year associate’s degree.
